Thanks man me too, Im really happy right now with the routine. I've definitely seen progress in just this first cycle week to week, and I started from a 2 month dead stop plateau. I feel like I still have a long way to go before I'm just trying to grind out prescribed reps too. Just excited in general to see what comes next! Thanks for following along.
