1.Incline Bench : 5 sets of 10 - 60kg
2.DB Row: 3 sets of 20 @40kg – 20,20,15
3.Vbar Pushdown: 4 sets of 15 - 50kgs
4.SS with AB Wheel : 4 sets of 15
Little fella got his injections yesterday so that meant 3 hrs sleep for me last night.
