My shoulder warm up includes:
Light plate rotations (arm swings)
Scarecrows using same plate
Tube routine
  • Y's
  • Inner shoulder rotations
  • Outer Rotations
  • Flyes
  • Reverse Flyes
  • Baseball throws
Light DB OHP
Empty bar lifts
