You better be in that gym, buster! You come right here, and post your workouts, and we move on together. I know we have tried the online thing before, but I have my system at home more set up for this process now.

I have a different system now. I use my tablet for my diet, journal, and workouts, now, and bring it with me to the gym. I have been consistent since 2006, my friend, and have never looked back and will never go back.

It has been so good to hear from you.
