Right After Breakfast
Pushups x 20 reps, two second pause at the bottom; I count the cadence.
He also worked on using his hands while blocking. I noticed last night durring practice that he was getting a great initial hit but his hands were NOT in a good position to finish the block. So we spent a little time on it this morning. We'll see if it payed off during practice tonight.
