Rate Session a D (See previous post). This workout really sucked major balls, progressed on Military Press and Back Squat, and managed to get rep (par) meaning same reps as last workout, but I always, rest/pause when this happens and rep out one more rep after 30 seconds. Felt no power on the back squat, but worked through it as it is not going to kick my ass, I kick it, is the way it works around here. This is the first one in a long while. No break. Still doing upper/lower extra tomorrow, and then breaking for 2 days, and repeating the process for this weeks training agenda.

I get disappointed on days like today, but, I have been doing this long enough to know the good and the bad tend to iron out, and progression comes in the end when consistently working at it.

So I rock on...........and no power, can peace the f--- out!
