Terrible workout... tired and dehydrated. Worked in a garage ALL day with no AC, hanging sheetrock by myself. Got work done, but sweated more today than i have in a long time. Was constantly drinking water, but couldnt keep up. My squats and deads were sucky. Both felt extremely heavy and i grinded everything out severly. Lol. But at least i know that on my worst of days i can squat 365 and pull 435...
When I'm dehydrated I pretend I'm a water dragon who can swallow a river . Try that next time.
