ABSOLUTELY! I am a trainer and been lifting hard for 16 years...it reduces soreness, increases flexability, reduces chance of injury and definately helps in reducing the time it takes to recover...If you're not stretching pre and post-workout, you should be...you might also try myofacial release...it works wonders as well!
