Slept horrible last night. Couldn't get into a deep sleep. Sinuses are also bothering me. Drip, drip, drip. Energy improved as the day progressed. By evening I felt very awake, and was able to stay up and do a little research.

8:00 am - Whey protein in coffee, 24 ounces.
11:00 am - Whey protein in coffee, 24 ounces.
1:00 pm - Whey protein in water, 16 ounces.
Workout - One scoop of Hydramino in 16 ounces of water.
Post-workout - Workout - One scoop of Hydramino in 16 ounces of water.
5:30 pm - Beef topped with bleu cheese. One scoop of Hydramino in 16 ounces of water.
Snack - Almonds with a couple Hydramino drinks.

Weight: Down to 307.2

This is a new low.

Continuing to eat until satiety. A bit hungry last night. Munched on nearly 6 ounces of almonds over a 4 hour period, post-dunner. Had quite a bit of beef and cheese for dinner. Definitely not a low cal day.
