Decent movement today. still have strength also. If its torn, its only small I would guess. I do have a nice size knot in my bicep and its got some purple to it. Peck is swollen a good bit on the outside. My tri injury hurt much worse and was much uglyier. Hopefully this is just a mild speed bump.
I will be back to full gear whore status quickly. No more of this raw stuff!
