Back off sets Push Press - 25 rep goal
120x10,8,8 (26) - move up 5 lbs next week

Close grip bench - 25 rep goal
165x9,9,7 (25) - move up 5 lbs next week

Kick ass session on the push press for me!!! Hit ALL goals and moving up in all 3 lifts next week. Hate to be corny but I'm so f***ing jacked right now... Shoulders feel very tender right now, gotta be careful.
