I'm into 2nd week of 3x Squatting a week. Will continue it at least till 4 week. Actually I'm waiting for Olympic size barbells in my gym. Current barbell won't accommodate more than 420-430lbs. And that too is a bit risky. Gym manager is keep pushing dates
. Finally they are coming between 15-20 sept. By that time, my current schedule is almost done and I'll be having a week of rest from my current program. So will start Smolov as soon as the barbells arrive.
