Using Calorie King it came out to 38, primarily due to almonds and the onion. 9 from my current protein powder. I was forced to use a brand with carbs, which I don't normally want in my whey.

On a normal day it's probably around 30-40, mostly from almonds. Not subtracting fiber. It can get up to 50-60 if I eat a lot of almonds. Again, not subtracting fiber. I don't know enough about the fiber thing to speak intelligently.

I rarely eat fruit other than a few strawberries. Every now and then I'll have an apple or orange, but this is infrequent. Sometimes on the weekend if I feel hungry during the day I have a cold 20 ounces of veggie juice with 4-5 ice cold pickles inside the glass.
