Back to normal today. Felt focused and had no headache. A little hungry during my workout but no big whoop.
8:00 am - Whey protein in coffee, 24 ounces.
11:00 am - Whey protein in coffee, 24 ounces.
1:00 pm - Whey protein in water, 16 ounces.
Workout - One scoop of Hydramino in 16 ounces of water.
Post-workout - Workout - One scoop of Hydramino in 16 ounces of water.
5:30 pm - Beef and onion covered in a garlic butter sauce, topped with cheddar cheese. One scoop of Hydramino in 16 ounces of water.
Snack - Almonds with a couple Hydramino drinks.
