Little disappointed today, slingshot eccentrics were brutal on my shoulders, biceps, elbows and forearms. Felt like my shoulders were tight and it meant I came off my traps a little in the hole. Just felt crap in general and the weight was down on what I intended.

2brd made up for it a little, thought I'd struggle but it felt alright.

Still some quality work, I'll take it.
