Another bench day with my big bro, after I shoveled concrete for 7 hours yesterday...I'm beat to say the least.

Decided to hit some 3 board to save the shoulders a bit

135-225 warm up..no board
Added boards
315x5
315x14...got a bit ahead of myself...lol

Quick session with big bro who put on a bench clinic and reminded me how weak I am!
