235x4 - PR!! 225 for 4 was a struggle last week but this set felt great!

Bench press - 20 rep goal
195x8x7x6 (21) - move up 5 pounds next week

standing tri extensions with ez curl bar - 30 rep goal
bar+70x12x11x11 (34) - move up 5 pounds next week

Great session today. Eating more protein has definitely been paying off. Was able to focus very good today as well for some reason, so i'm sure that helped. Loving the progression! Thanks for everybody's help and motivation!
