Warm up sets
120*10*01 set
210*08*01 set

Working Sets
300*07*02 sets
300*05*01 set [a little problem with posture so need to stop at 5th rep]
300*06*02 sets

followed by 5 sets of Leg Curls and some calf raises ...

Squat 2nd time in week with medium wt. At start target reps were 25 [5 X 5], but wt. felt easy so dare to do some more reps . Just trying to assessing myself with this new program. So far going good ...
