bench: still fighting with this wrist, took everything pretty slow. Still had to use suicide grip, and of course that scares me!

Nice easy day overall. Wrist isnt too bad. 1st rep its ok, 2 starts to hurt, 3rd hurts haha!
Best meet lifts: 1040squat, 730 bench, 730 deadlift
Best total: 1040-680-730=2450
