It is choice much of the time but some people undoubtedly have an upper hand in the genetics department. I will never look like Arnold no matter what I do as I am not a naturally big guy and I will never squat a grand either.

What I will do however is the best I can with what I have. That is what we should all try and do.

I feel for those who have medical conditions that cause them to get fat easily.
