For the past week I have moved my carb window later to 8pm or later. This gives me one large carb meal instead of the two I was having before. As a result my weight was a measly 96.95kgs this morning. Probably 4-5kgs to go. Gonna eat a little more this week and try to get down under 96 by Monday.
