I have been lifting since 1999!
My short term is for my back to heal, I had major surgery on it in late 2009. Long term is to qualify for nationals for the NAS.
I am 6'5" tall. My girlfriend argues I'm 6'6", so we'll call it 6'5.5"

Right now I'm on a no food diet because of the flu haha, but aside from this I eat pretty much anything and everything, with a high protein intake! Lot's of red meat, lots of starchy carbs...etc.
