This makes me think of poor Andreas Munzer - ripped to the bone all the time, a truly incredible physique, and yet underneath the muscle, a desperately sick young man.
I'm not saying all pro bodybuilders are in such a state, but it's further evidence for BTB's point that what's on the surface and what's going on underneath it are two completely different things.
