Workout Time: 47 minutes

Workout Grade: A+

I think I've had about 10 bench press sessions in a row with a PR. Best strong in a long time, and I feel great. Each money set I am leaving reps in the tank.

Form was decent today. Keep forgetting to push my belly out. Remembered by my 315 warm up set.

Eccentrics feel strong. All reps after the first are fast and manhandled. Not much more I can say.

2000 or die.
