Mike-I hope so. Training for this last one taught me alot. I made some improvements but at the end of the day, I am never going to be able to execute the movements like someone that started at a much younger age. I just ended up with alot of injuries and got away from really trying to just get stronger.
My plan is to hit a power clean and snatch once a week and just work on getting my overall strength back up. I still think I can hit some decent numbers with the power moves and enjoy training at the same time. It got to be a real drag at the end.

Fair session. Second week back benching and hit all my planned numbers. Probably go 365 then 315 5x3 next week.
