Great choice on the bulk k, remember your gaining muscle to not only help with burning fat but also to allow you to eat more food without putting fat on! You did really great dropping from that 170, but at the physical point your at now you will need to add muscle to continuing leaning out to ware you want to be. (sweet quads)
