Anyone else try fasted training?
I used to be extremely skeptical of training in a fasted state due to concerns about energy levels in the gym, but recently I just said "screw it!" and have been giving it a shot to see how it goes.
So far it's been a damn good success - past three sessions have all been good ones. I hit at least 2 PR's and have never felt more aggressive in the gym. It's probably due to a combination of lifestyle changes I have been making recently, but nonetheless it's pretty ****ing awesome to wake up in the morning, grab a cup of coffee, and hit the gym first thing. I feel much more focused.
