Just for easy and quick reading, I'm only going to post what I eat at night time because basically for CBL you fast in the morning at eat protein and fats throughout the day. At 6pm and on is when things are interesting:
Yesterday morning weight: 167
Last night two Carb Meals:
630PM 1 cup of uncooked rice, half a roasted chicken, 1 biscuit and veggies
945PM 1 pint of coffee ice cream and 20 g protein shake w. 1 ripe banana
This morning weight: 165!
interesting stuff, it's been hard for me to get it through my head to eat all of this stuff at night time. But if you are going to do something, you do it all the way!
