No fear bro. I have been back loading with a slight tweak for the past 6 weeks.
I would do 0 carb everyday until Sat. On Sat i would train legs and cardio and then afterwards i would go hit the all you can eat sushi resturant.
First couple of weeks no weight gain or loss. The last 4 weeks i begin to lose weight.
Blew my mind because i never lost any strength and i got to over indulge in one of my favorite foods and lose weight!
