08.09.12 Thursday - Upper Accessory

Treadmill 5 min warm up

DB shoulder warm up
3 supersets of:
- 10’s x 8 front delt raise
- 10’s x 8 lateral delt raise
- 10’s x 8 rear delt raise

Flat Bench
Warm up - 95x5, 135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 275x2
315 x 10
315 x 10 (PR and could have done more)
Had a spotter so I pushed myself a little harder today

Incline DB Press
90's x 8
90's x 9
90's x 10

Ran outta time. Doing another accessory workout tomorrow & Saturday.

Anyway, so this week is all messed up b/c I have to be out of town Friday for a bachelor party this weekend. We're going to some resort down in the Florida Keys. They have some kind of gym. My brother is coming too, so we gonna do some bodybuilding crap. Back n' Bi's, Chest n' Tri's. Gettin jacked and tan... lol
