Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 28kg x8 (2 sets) 28kg x6 28kg x4

Lateral Raises - 14kg x8 (4 sets)

Behind the neck press - 40kg x8 40kg x7 (2 sets) 40kg x6 40kg x5

Front Raises - 14kg x8 (3 sets)

Lying Rear Delt Flyes - 14kg x10 (3 sets)

Dumbbell Shruggs - 32.5kg x12 (4 sets)
