Thanks lads,

Finding it a struggle to adapt to different surroundings. Cant wait to get home to my own.

I'm struggling with my diet whilst I'm living out of a suitcase.
I have my supplements, oats and protein bars but its a struggle to eat correctly after that.

Speaking of protein bars, I've made these..


What are your opinions on the ingredients included? And is there any suggestions as to how I can make it healthier?
