DYNAMIC BENCH DAY

Bench Press
Bar XLots
95 X3
115 X3
135 X3
155 X3
175 X3 X7sets
Last week, 165 felt too light, this week 175 felt a bit too heavy, as I would like a bit more speed. next week I'll go with 170. Otherwise, they felt pretty good. I was practicing setup and engaging the lats.

Cleans
135 X1
145 X1
155 X1
170 X1
180 X1
187.5 X1
195 X0 Grrrrr........
Blood started to boil as I got a great distinct first pull, but the bar got away from me and I couldn't get under it, even tho I high pulled it to a very good height.
195 X1 PR!!
This time my first pull was not distinct, but it did not get away from me. I know once I get enough practice on this lift I will be cleaning 200+ lbs. Kinda that I got this PR during Olympic Weekl!!

Pendlay's
155 X3
185 X3
195 X3
195 X3
195 X3

Military Press (Strict)
95 X8
95 X8
95 X8

Done in about 65 minutes. The cleans took up the bulk of the hour as I need to rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

Dynamic day is a big work in progress for me as it is all so new.
