Madcow week 8
I decided I wanted a 400+ deadlift today so I went away from protocol. Will attempt 145kg squat on Thursday which will be a 5kg PR if successful.
185 (407) x 1 PR
Finally surpassed 400! Made a mess of the lift as my head was down when I initiated the pull for some reason. Stayed strong and didn't hitch
62.5 (138) x 3- 55 felt hard so this was a sucky lift. If I was fresher I would have done better. I normally wouldn't do these sessions back to back but needs must.
75kg: Singles x 5 - rather easy
160x3 - 4 sets - pretty good
280(616) x 6 - Sore!
Weighted Decliines with 15kg plate

Squat PR attempt on Thursday. When I am in the States, I have no idea if the equipment will include a power rack as the only gyms near where I am staying seem to be those awful chain type establishments.
