One thing you have to learn Coop is that people want to see you succeed. No one here is ever trying to flame you. They are trying to get a message across, but in the years you've been here you haven't connected with that message yet.

My advice to you from this point forward is to stop thinking in terms of routines, and start focusing on getting as strong as you can on the basic exercises no matter what you're doing on a given day.
