Switched my days around now and this should work a lot better with my schedule. Had a solid training session.

Loving the shrugs now, I have learned how to pick up the weight without putting all the stress on my low back. Going to work up to 10 reps with 675 then I will add a plate!
Assistance will need to be easier on the max rep day. There is no way I can squat after maxing reps. It just does not go well. So I am getting more organized as I figure out this new cycle. Bench tomorrow.
