I'm certainly not an expert but no expertise is required to say that your diet is awful Rob. You are throwing money at seriously bad food. It's a good thing that you have realised this tho. The first and easiest jump from that is to swap out all the coke for water or at the very least diet coke!

Try to get more good quality food sources in there, Chicken, Fish, Rice, Pasta, Fruit and Vegetablesm Wholegrains etc.
