Did some crossfit type stuff today, really pushed myself to the edge of puking. Good thing there was nothing in my system, did some dry heaving at the end of my workout love it!!

Tire Flips x 5
Sledge Hammer x 10 each side
Hang Clean and Press x 8, 7, 6
Sled Push x 70 x about 40 yards
(walked the sled back to the starting position after the sprint)
Thought I was going to die! I was going to do a 4th round but it was just getting too hot out. My form on tire was getting bad at the end of my third set. Really do not want to hurt my low back on a conditioning day.
Once again, very fun workout!! Except now I think I am going to die. Going to cool down and then eat as much as I can!
Inspiring! Doing something similair tomorrow
