Struggled for time tonight but got a quick workout done.

Deadlifts - 100kg x5, 120kg x5, 130kg x5, 140kg x5

Squats - 80kg x5, 100kg x5, 100kg x5, 100kg x6

Walking Dumbbell Lunges - 26kg x16 (4 sets)

Calf Raises - 70kg x20 (3 sets)

One Leg Dumbbell Calf Raises -26kg x10 (2 sets)
