Wow - I leave for a couple of weeks on vacation, and next thing I know your squattin' 430 lbs!! That is just incredible Mark. I couldn't be happier for you. Unfortunately, I cannot watch the vids for some reason, either on my mac or here at work on windows

I agree 1 zillion percent on the mental toughness required, and possesed by you, to squat 405+ lbs. I have struggled with that in the past.
