People who have an issue with the fat in cheese can go live in fear elsewhere. The only legitimate anti-cheese arguments (to me) are

1. If you are allergic to milk proteins.
2. Are overly sensitive to yeast. Some fermented foods and cheeses can cause issues with Candida Albicans
