The best intentions of mice and men...
This week has been Hell!! I wont go into detail, but suffice to say that i've only been to the gym once. I did a back, shoulders, and arms session yesterday, which felt great. Since we do pt in a field, we end up doing a TON of pushing and absolutely no pulling, so i have to hit my back hard in the gym to try and keep some balance. Tomorrow we are doing a 2.5 mile run on a trail with tons of hills and loose clay, which is always fun, then hopefully (god, PLEASE) i'll be able to go get a leg day in. If i do, you know i'll let u guys know all about it.
