I guess I'll include myself as an example.

I'm 29 years old, my height is 5'6", currently weigh ~170-175, have a bodyfat percentage of 8-9, and compete in the 165lb weight class as a raw powerlifter in multiple federations. I achieved my first elite total this past March (1270) and then again in June (1295). My best lifts, all from that latest meet in June, are 460 squat, 265 bench press (paused), and 570 deadlift. My squat, deadlift, and total are nationally-ranked on PowerliftingWatch.com

Before the recent success in powerlifting, I acquired a ridiculous amount of notoriety and infamy on the interwebz around 2004-2006 because my form was utterly horrid.

Before I began lifting, I was around 105lbs as a sophomore in high school.
I don't have any lifting videos from those years, but the only lift that I remember doing consistently was the deadlift, and I got up to around 300 or 305 @ 115-120lbs.
