Well, I haven't been posting for a while. I've been avoiding the computer altogether. It keeps me up at night. Life works so much better if I can get at least 6 hours of sleep every night, instead of 3-1/2 or 4.

I'm going to dump all my training sessions right now. Mostly so everything is documented. I'll keep my own comments brief.
