Ready to kick start the gym week... yesterday, i took down a ton of spaghetti, garlic bread, salad, and chocolate cake with ice cream... then more cake and ice cream, then a bunch of popcorn and cherry coke with some sour patch kids at the movies. feeling recovered... got an adjustment yesterday too, so i'm ready to smash it tonight!!!
