Squats- belt and sleeves
225x3 x 2 sets
Deads- belt and sleeves
325x1 x 3 sets
Pulled deads a lot different tonight and it cut my weight WAY down, but it felt like how i need to pull. I normally pull with all low back, but tonight was total posterior chain. I'm sure it'll take a while to build up this way, but just like my squats, i dont want ro repeat my past mistakes of pulling at all costs.
