I was 130 lbs at 26 years of age when I started, 198 lbs at my heaviest (albeit a bit fat) and 184 right now (cutting to 175). If anything, these days cutting weight is as tough as gaining weight, so I am pretty sure I have nothing to be afraid of

Barring some big unforseen accident, no way I am going down to 130-140 lbs again.
