Went heavier today as I have errands to run tomorrow after work.
Did a session yesterday but did not log it. It was just a light session, to feel out a few things. Did snatches, overhead squats, highpulls, snatch grip bhnp, french curl, BB curls.
Weight used 135lbs
9 full cleans.
I really like how I feel doing this workout.
