Default Glwanabe, 2010 transformation contest, bulk.

I'll be starting my official bulk phase on Friday the 12th. It was actually a little bit of a decision to decide which category to go with. Another 4 months of bulking won't kill me, but it may lay waste to my competition.

I've come up with a pretty good plan to build during these coming months. It's not too different from what you have read about, but I've nailed down a few things that I've been working on the last few weeks.

I'm undecided if I want to keep a super detailed log, with my exact workout. I may wait till the end before I give up the details of what I've done.

The foundation is an A/B split

A
Legs
Chest

B
Back
Shoulders


Supps I'll be using:
Whey
Fish oil
Dessicated liver tabs
Multi-vitamin
B complex vitamin

Beyond that, see you in 16 weeks from Friday the 12th.
