Managed to hurt my lower back last night arching so hard I think. Feels like I have bruised my tailbone but I don't think I have. Been stretching and anti inflammatorying all day and it's getting better. Fingers crossed for the next big session on Thursday. Tonight's extra work is just upper body and light hamstring work to allow back to heal.
